What hours can I access my vehicle?
24/7. The lot is fully gated and you'll receive a personal access code at signup so you can come and go anytime — early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.
How is the lot secured?
Fully fenced perimeter, gated entry with individual access codes, and active monitoring. We're a locally-owned facility, so there's a real person you can reach if anything ever comes up.
What's the booking process?
Pick your tier above and click Book. You'll review and sign a short storage lease, give us basic info on your vehicle (year/make/model/length/plate) and a photo, then continue to secure Square checkout. Once payment clears, we'll text or email your gate code and space assignment — usually the same day. For fleet accounts (5+ vehicles), please call (904) 304-8908 for custom pricing.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every space is month-to-month — stay as long as you need, and cancel anytime. Daily and weekly rates are also available for short-term needs.
How does the new customer 50% off promo work?
First-time customers get 50% off their first month on any monthly tier. It's applied automatically at signup. Note that promotions do not stack — you can use either the new-customer promo, the multi-vehicle discount, or a referral credit, but not multiple at once.
How do multi-vehicle discounts work?
Discounts apply to your total monthly bill across all spaces on the same account: 10% off for 2 vehicles, 15% off for 3, and 20% off for 4 or more. For 5+ vehicles, we offer custom fleet pricing — call for a quote.
Do you require insurance?
We recommend you carry your own comprehensive coverage on your stored vehicle. The storage lot is not responsible for damage to vehicles or contents — same as any standard storage facility.
What can you store here?
RVs, travel trailers, fifth-wheels, motorhomes, boats on trailers, jet skis, motorcycles, work trailers, pickup trucks, cars, and similar recreational or residential vehicles. What we don't allow: semi trucks and commercial tractors. We keep this a clean, residential and recreational-only lot.
How does the referral program work?
