“Very good storage place I’ve have my boat stored there haven’t had any problems at all very good and understanding Management cool place”
Gated, 24/7-access parking for trailered boats and jet skis on Duval Road.
HOA won't let you keep the boat at home? Tired of paying for a wet slip and a bottom job? Park it on its trailer at our locally-owned Northside lot. Month-to-month, same-day signup, and a real person on the phone.
Jacksonville is a boating town whether or not anybody planned it that way. The St. Johns runs straight through the middle of it, the Trout and Broward Rivers cut across the Northside, the Nassau River sits just north of us, and the Intracoastal is a short run east. If you live up here, owning a boat is close to the default.
Owning somewhere to put the boat is the harder part. Marina wet slips are expensive and they keep your hull in the water year-round, which in Florida means growth, blisters, and a bottom job you'd rather not pay for. Dry stack racks are convenient and priced accordingly. And a trailered boat in the driveway is the fastest way to get a letter from your HOA.
A gated outdoor lot is the boring, cheap middle option: your boat sits on its own trailer, out of the water, behind a fence, and you hitch up and go whenever you want. No lift schedule, no launch fee, no waiting on a dock hand.
Boats come to us on their trailers, and we price by total length — the trailer tongue counts. Measure from the tip of the tongue to the back of the motor, not the hull length printed in the brochure. That number is almost always a few feet short of what actually has to fit in the space.
Most trailered boats on the Northside land in Tier 1 or Tier 2. Center consoles, bay boats, bass boats, pontoons, and jet skis on double trailers are usually under 20 feet overall. Larger center consoles, cuddy cabins, and deck boats on tandem-axle trailers typically land in the 20-to-40-foot band once the trailer is counted.
Everything is month-to-month with no annual contract, new customers get 50% off the first month, and if you're storing the boat plus a camper or a work trailer on the same account, the multi-vehicle discount starts at 10% off your total.
Month-to-month, no long-term contract. New customers save 50% off the first month at signup.
No semi trucks or commercial tractors. We're a clean, residential and recreational lot.
Almost every newer subdivision in Jacksonville has language in its covenants about recreational vehicles, and "recreational vehicle" nearly always includes a boat on a trailer. Some associations allow a boat in the driveway for 24 or 48 hours to load and clean; most don't allow it parked there at all. A few permit it behind a fence — which only helps if your fence is taller than your T-top.
The result is a familiar sequence: buy the boat, park it beside the house, get a courtesy notice, then a fine schedule. It isn't worth fighting. Most people move the boat within a month of the first letter.
Even without an HOA, there are practical reasons to get it off the property. A trailered boat eats a driveway. It blocks the side yard, it drips, it collects leaves and pollen, and it is the single most obvious "there is something worth stealing here" signal a house can put out. Behind a gate with an access code, none of that is your problem.
What we take: boats on their own trailers, jet skis, and trailered watercraft of any size that fits the tier. What we don't: semi trucks and commercial tractors. This stays a clean residential and recreational lot.
The advantage of storing on the Northside is that you're already on the right side of the river. From Duval Road you're a straight shot to the Trout River and Broward River ramps, and out Heckscher Drive toward Sisters Creek and the Intracoastal without crossing downtown or sitting on a bridge.
That matters more than it sounds like it does. A boat you can hitch up and launch in half an hour gets used. A boat stored 40 minutes the wrong way through Jacksonville traffic turns into a boat you take out twice a year and then sell.
Because the lot is gated with individual access codes rather than staffed hours, an early tide isn't a problem. You can pull the trailer out at 4:30 in the morning and be on the water at first light, and you can bring it back at 9 p.m. covered in salt without anybody having to let you in.
We're honest about who we're close to. If you're launching out of Mandarin or Julington Creek, store closer to home — the drive up here isn't worth it.
Where we make sense is Northside Jacksonville, Oceanway, Dinsmore, Pecan Park, Highlands, and Garden City, plus Yulee, Callahan, and the rest of Nassau County up I-95. If you fish the Nassau, the Trout, the lower St. Johns, or run out through Sisters Creek, this lot is on the way rather than a detour.

Get Directions →Florida doesn't really have a storage season — it has heat, salt, and humidity year-round, and an afternoon storm most days in the summer. A boat that sits outdoors here needs about twenty minutes of attention before you walk away from it.
Flush the motor and rinse the hull, trailer, and every piece of hardware with fresh water before it goes into storage. Salt left on a trailer will eat the frame, the leaf springs, and the wiring long before it touches the boat. If you run salt regularly, this is the single highest-value habit on this list.
Pull the drain plug and leave it out, and park with the bow high so water runs out instead of pooling at the transom. A bilge with two inches of standing rainwater in a Jacksonville summer becomes a mildew problem in about a week.
A tight cover with support poles sheds water. A loose cover collects it, holds it against the gelcoat, and grows a colony. Snap-tight or a well-fitted travel cover with a center support beats a cheap tarp every time, and vented covers do better here than sealed ones — trapped humidity is worse than a little airflow.
Disconnect the battery or put it on a maintainer; heat drains them fast. Top the fuel tank and add stabilizer to cut down on condensation in the tank. Take removable electronics home — a chartplotter baking behind a windshield all summer is a chartplotter with a short life expectancy.
Check tire pressure and grease the bearings before it sits, and cover the tires if you can — UV kills trailer tires faster than mileage does. Clear out every scrap of food, bait, and tackle-box snack, and leave compartments and the head open so nothing sours in the dark.
Insurance: carry your own comprehensive coverage on the boat and trailer. As with any storage facility, we're not responsible for damage to vehicles or their contents.
